Today's topic is Korean food call 'Kimchi'

Hi everyone so I'm going to tell you guys what is kimchi. So kimchi is Korean traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. There are hundreds of varieties of kimchi made from napa cabbage, radish, scallion, or cucumber as a main ingredient. I will show you three different kind of kimchi so the first picture is normal kimchi all the people call it 'kimchi' it looks like Chinese cabbage with red chili powder. The second one is 'kaktuggi'. It looks like small square with red chili powder. The third one is 'chonggag kimchi' which is looks like long thick radish with red chili powder also. All of the kimchi have red chili powder because kimchi have to be red and spicy. Okay I will finish it here and next time I will write about one of Japanese food. Thank you!!
